What happens next
1. Human review. Sparrow reviews your inquiry, practitioner availability, property, timing and event logistics.
2. Your final quote. Our team confirms the details and sends a clear, all-inclusive quote.
3. Secure payment. A human Sparrow representative creates your Square invoice and sends the secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed after 100% upfront payment.

Before you settle in.
What should we prepare?
Please provide a quiet, accessible space at your home, vacation rental or venue. Be at the location at least 30 minutes before your appointment. Practitioners arrive 15–20 minutes before the session to set up. For group events, Sparrow will review setup space and access with you.
How is massage pressure chosen?
All Sparrow massages are customized, from soft to deep. Share your preferences, focus areas and relevant health information with your practitioner. Services may be adjusted or declined for safety reasons.
Is gratuity included?
All pricing is all-inclusive. Gratuity is not expected.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be charged in full. Refunds are subject to a non-refundable card processing fee. Your final booking terms will be provided by Sparrow before payment.
Can we book outside Sedona?
Sparrow serves Sedona and surrounding areas. Tell us the exact city and property so the team can review travel, timing and any location requirements before final pricing is confirmed.
